KENOSHA, Wis.- The Carthage women's soccer team played at Art Keller Field on Saturday, Sept. 16th, as the UW-Oshkosh Titans came to town. After fighting for 90 minutes, the Firebirds ended in a stalemate 1-1. 

 

• After many throw-ins and free kicks for both teams at the end of the first half the score was 0-0.
• At the 58:10 mark, Amelia Price scored the sole goal for the Firebirds with help from Maya Stone with a tremendous assist from the backfield. 
• Oshkosh scored their lone goal at the 72:50 count to equalize the score. 
• The game ended in a 1-1 draw after 90 minutes of play. 

• Amelia Price scored her second goal today to put the Firebirds on the board. 
• Maya Stone showcased her first assist of the season, creating an open shot for Price. 
• Ainsley Stallworth accomplished her 17th save of the season after saving 4 shots today.
