High Flyers
Coachs Remarks
"It was a really good win on the road to give us some momentum going into our home matches this weekend.  It was a good team win!  I thought our setters did a nice job spreading the ball around.  It was nice to have Liv Carel back in the lineup. She is a force at the net. Katie Boston had a big night with seven kills and eight block assists. Our two freshmen outside hitters once again played very well. Jenna Damon had a strong service run when we were down 24-20 in the third to help us complete the comeback and sweep. Aubree Bucheger was really solid defensively tonight as well.  We are excited to be home this weekend!!! We love the support we get at home!!"

Team Results
  • The Firebirds return home for their season home opener, taking on No. 20 Wisconsin-Stevens Point at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 15.
