Firebirds Clipped By Falcons on Wednesday

MEQUON, Wis.  — On Wednesday, the Carthage College baseball team fell to Concordia (Wis.) 12-4 on the road.

How it Happened
  • The Falcons started with three runs in the first and second innings. 
  • Concordia (Wis.) added five runs to their lead in the fifth. 
  • Carthage got on the board with four runs in the sixth, sparked by an RBI single to right center from Collin Callahan. 
  • A lone run in the bottom of the sixth sealed the victory for Concordia (Wis.) 12-4.
