DECATUR, Ill. - Mere days after earning her first-career CCIW Women's Golf Student-Athlete of the Week honor, junior
Alina Brindza once again paced the Firebirds - this time at Millikin University's Take Back the Night Challenge. The two-time all-conference golfer finished tied for 14th, shooting an 84 on day one and an 82 on day two in challenging conditions.
Sophomore
Abigail Bocock went for a season-low 85 on day two, finishing just seven strokes behind Brindza overall.
Annika Erickson also recorded her lowest scores of the spring on both days, finishing third among all Firebirds.
