Coachs Remarks

"Tough road game against one of the best teams in the country! The first half, they really dictated the game and couldn't miss from the perimeter. It was the first time in a while that we got punched in the mouth and put ourselves in too much of a hole to come back from.

The second half was a completely different game. Our guys took on the challenge, and we played fantastically! I'm not usually one for moral victories, but that's as close to one as I can get. Wheaton is a team that has a lot of players that have been in big games like this before. I think our youth showed a little to start the game, and we will be a better team in the long run because of this.

We finish the first half of conference play against another experienced team in North Central. Need to really focus and have two good days of practice to get ready for Wednesday!"
