KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced the 2020-21 NABC Honors Court with seniors

Sean Johnson,
Kyle Peirce, and junior
Kyle Czerak being selected to the list. For the fourth consecutive year, the men's basketball team was also recognized with the 2020-21 NABC Team Academic Excellence award. The lists highlight student-athletes talents on the court as well as in the classroom.
Best, Johnson and Peirce were award winners the previous season along with all four being named to the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Winter Academic All-Conference honors this past season.
To be named to the Honors Court, a student-athlete must be a junior or senior or varsity player, have a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher, students must have matriculated at least one year at their current institution, and the institution must be a member of an NCAA Division I, II, III or NAIA Division I or II with a NABCA member coach.
To earn an NABC Team Academic Excellence Award, institutions in the NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA must count the grade point averages of all men's student-athletes who competed during the season. The award recognizes outstanding academic achievement by a team with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or better.
