The Carthage College men's lacrosse team (9-0, 1-0 College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin) extended its season-opening win streak to nine games on Wednesday, March 25 with a 16-3 win over CCIW-opponent the University of Dubuque (1-5, 0-1 CCIW) at Art Keller Field in Kenosha, Wis.

Carthage led, 4-0, after the first period, 8-1 at halftime and 15-2 going into the final period.Â
Timothy Francis (Sr., Costa Mesa, Calif./Huntington Beach) led the Red Men with three goals and three ground balls.Â
Luke Seydel (Fr., San Diego, Calif./Westview) scored two goals with two assists,
Tanner Thomas (Jr., Parker, Colo./Regis Jesuit) two goals, and Rémy Giacotto (Sr., Elmwood Park, Ill./Oak Park-Fenwick) scored one goal and converted 22-of-23 faceoffs, and goalkeeper
Ryan Smith (So., Centennial, Colo./Arapahoe) collected six saves. Gunnar Elder the Flying Dutchmen with two goals.Â
