Men's Lacrosse at 10-0 after Blanking MSOE, 15-0, on April 1

Red Men Travel to Aurora on Saturday

The Carthage College men's lacrosse team (10-0, 1-0 College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin) extended its season-opening win streak to 10 games on Wednesday, April 1 with a 15-0 win over non-conference opponent the Milwaukee School of Engineering (3-6) at Art Keller Field in Kenosha, Wis.
 
Carthage led, 4-0, after the first period, 10-0 at halftime and 13-0 going into the final period.  Dylan Harris (Fr., Carlsbad, Calif.) led the Red Men with three goals, one assist and two ground balls, while Tanner Thomas (Jr., Parker, Colo./Regis Jesuit) had three goals, four ground balls and two caused turnovers.  Rémy Giacotto (Sr., Elmwood Park, Ill./Oak Park-Fenwick) converted eight-of-14 faceoffs, and goalkeeper Ryan Smith (So., Centennial, Colo./Arapahoe) collected three saves in 30:02 minutes.
 
Carthage travels to Aurora, Ill., on Saturday, April 4 to play Aurora University (6-6) in a 1 p.m. contest at Vago Field.
