Pawel Jaworski (So., Deerfield, Ill./Lincolnshire-Stevenson, 6-7) fell to Jake Humphreys at No. 1 singles, Humphreys winning, 6-1, 6-0.
Alex Boomgarden (Jr., Fitchburg, Wis./Verona Area, 12-3) also lost his match at No. 2 singles, as did
Jordan Verbauwhede (Jr., Whitelawe, Wis./Manitowoc-Lincoln, 10-6) at No. 3 singles, and
Chris Conley (Jr., Elm Grove, Wis./Brookfield Academy, 11-5) at No. 4 singles.
Ryan Jump (Jr., Mundelein, Ill./Mundelein, 9-3) was a winner at No. 5 singles, defeating Cam Laktash 6-2, 4-6, 6-2.
Alex Ferruzzi (Jr., Kenosha, Wis./Salem-Westosha Central, 7-6) lost at No. 6 singles.

The No. 1 doubles team of Jaworski and Verbauwhede (9-4) was defeated by the Warhawks tandem of Humphreys and Michael Treis, the latter winning 8-6. The duo of Boomgarden and Conley (7-4) fell at No. 2 doubles, as did the team of Jump and Ferruzzi (2-2) at No. 3 doubles.

The Red Men travel to Orlando, Fla., March 21-28, for spring break training. Carthage will begin match play against Colby College on Mon., March 23, at 9:30 a.m., EDT.
