Haleigh McPeek (Sr. Lake Bluff, Ill./Lake Forest, 2-0) defeated Lawrence's Hannah Geoffrey, 6-1, 6-0 at No. 1 singles. Maxine Mella (Fr., Warren, Ill./Warren Township, 2-0) was also successful, wining her match at No. 2 singles, 6-0, 6-1.
Abbi Howell (Sr., Minneapolis, Minn./Southwest, 2-1) at No. 3 singles,
Taylor Bolyard (Fr., Kenosha, Wis./Tremper, 2-0) at No. 4 singles,
Kirsten Peterson (Jr., Hastings, Minn./Hastings, 2-1) at No. 5 singles and Kristin Kalinka (So., Kenosha, Wis./St. Joseph, 1-0) at No. 6 singles were also victorious in their matches against Lawrence University.

McPeek and Mella (5-0) continue their undefeated doubles record by beating Lawrence's duo of Geoffrey and Katie Frankel at No. 1 doubles. The No. 2 doubles tandem of Howell and Barter (So., Deerfield, Ill./Wilmette-Loyola Academy, 2-0) , and the No. 3 doubles duo of Kalinka and Bolyard (2-1), were also successful against Lawrence.

On Saturday, September 6, the Lady Reds will travel to Rock Island, Ill. to play a double-dual match with Augustana College at 9 a.m.Â
