"We played really attractive soccer," said Carthage coach Steve Domin, "and I mean for long stretches.  Give UW-Whitewater some credit, as they made a nice rally when we emptied the bench after being up 3-0, but frankly, we simply dominated the stat sheet and the field.  I was really proud of our backline. but it's hard for newly-inserted players to hold the serve versus that height for the first time, and on the road.  Nicolas Vogel and Shane Reilly both had great games.  Each day, someone else is picking us up."

On Saturday, Sept. 27, Carthage travels to Chicago to take on the University of Chicago (5-4-0) in a 7 p.m. match at Stagg Field.
