Wisconsin-La Crosse "Eagle Open" Results

The Carthage College men's track and field team (41-15-1 outdoor record), ranked 12th in May 7 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association NCAA Division III outdoor poll, sent a partial squad to the Thursday-Friday, May 8-9 North Central College "Dr. Keeler Invitational" at Benedetti-Wehrli Stadium in Naperville, Ill.  Kendric Cornelius (So., Palatine, Ill.) finished second in the 400-meter dash (48.65), and Darin Ward (Fr., Fond du Lac, Wis./St. Mary's Springs) was fourth in the 110-meter hurdles (14.84).  The Red Men sent another partial team to the Friday, May 9 Wisconsin-La Crosse "Eagle Open" at the Veterans Memorial Field Sports Complex in La Crosse, Wis. Derrik Guyette (Jr., Hortonville, Wis.) was fifth in the both the shot put (53-9 ¼) and the hammer throw (180-9)
