Ryan Jump (So., Mundelein, Ill., 19-9) won over Josh Rodig at No. 2 singles, 6-3, 6-1.
Pawel Jaworski (Fr., Deerfield, Ill., 19-8) was a winner at No. 3 singles, as was
Chris Conley (So., Elm Grove, Wis./Brookfield Academy, 17-10) at No. 4 singles,
Tony O'Connell (So., Roswell, N.M./Natabua, 20-8) at No. 5 singles and
Alex Ferruzzi (So., Kenosha, Wis./Salem-Westosha Central, 15-11) at No. 6 singles. Carthage's No. 1 doubles team of
Pawel Jaworski and
Chris Conley (9-5) defeated Rustam Saini and Josh Rodig, 8-3. The Red Men's No. 2 team of
Alex Boomgarden and
Ryan Jump (9-4) was a winner over North Central, as was Carthage's No. 3 tandem of
Tony O'Connell and Alex Feruzzi (5-4).
On Saturday, April 26, the Red Men conclude their regular-season schedule by playing host to conference-opponent Wheaton College (Ill.) in a Noon contest at the Smeds Tennis Center in Kenosha, Wis.
