The Carthage College men's volleyball team (23-7, 5-1 Continental Volleyball Conference), ranked fourth in the April 9 American Volleyball Coaches Association NCAA Division III poll, travels to Greenville, Pa., on Friday-Saturday, April 12-13 for the Continental Volleyball Conference Tournament at Thiel College's Beeghly Gymnasium.
The Red Men take on Thiel College (19-11, 4-4 CVC) in a first-round match on Friday, April 12 at 5 p.m. (all times EDT), with the winner advancing to play No. 8 Juniata College (currently 22-10, 6-2 CVC) in the semifinals on Saturday, April 12 at 10 a.m.
On the other side of the bracket, the Milwaukee School of Engineering (7-18, 2-4 CVC) plays No. 9 Stevenson University (21-11, 6-2 CVC) in a Friday first round match at 7 p.m., with that winner moving on to play No. 3 the University of California-Santa Cruz (14-6, 5-1 CVC) in a Saturday semifinal contest at Noon. The championship match gets underway at 5 p.m. on Saturday.
