The Carthage College women's lacrosse team (5-3, 1-0 Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference) upended the University of Puget Sound (1-9), 21-5, on Saturday, March 31 at Art Keller Field in Kenosha, Wis.  Carthage led, 11-3, at halftime and out-scored the Loggers, 10-2, in the second period. 

Lauren Chatham (Jr., Hartland, Wis./Arrowhead) and Hannah Sopeth (Sr., Lakeville, Minn./North) led the Lady Reds with four goals and an assist each.  Sydney Whitaker (So., Bainbridge, Wash.) and Desirae Murphy (Jr., Savage, Minn./Burnsville) had three goals and an assist apiece.  Natalie Ceis (Jr., Seattle, Wash./Seattle Prep) scored three goals, and Olivia Nino (Jr., Pleasanton, Calif./Foothill) collected six ground balls.  The Lady Reds play host to Pacific University (6-4) on Friday, April 6 in a 7 p.m. game at Art Keller Field in Kenosha, Wis.
