Picking up our first loss in conference and the first in our last eight games stings a bit,” said Carthage coach
Steve Domin. “"I felt really good about this one despite being on the road and bit by the injury bug. Wheaton is a championship team, but we were a little unlucky not landing one of our 16 shots.
Zak Khoshbin and
Milan Tijanic where steady for us all night, and we can't wait for another shot at Wheaton.”
The Red Men travel to Decatur, Ill., on Saturday, Oct. 15 to play conference-opponent Millikin University (0-13-0, 0-3--0 CCIW) in a 2:30 p.m. contest at the Millikin Soccer Complex.
