Taylor DeGroot joined the Carthage College athletic training staff in the summer of 2021. She received her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2019. She then continued her education, receiving her master’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the spring of 2021. During her time at UW-Madison, she was a graduate assistant in the kinesiology department, teaching undergraduate student anatomy and anatomy lab. While obtaining her master’s degree, she worked two years at Richland Center High School. DeGroot is the primary provider for women’s volleyball, men’s and women’s wrestling, softball, and esports at Carthage.
