Carthage College Athletics

Catherine Benton enters her second season with Carthage College volleyball in 2017 as a part-time assistant coach.

Benton attended The College of Wooster in Ohio, where she played volleyball for the College's Division III, NCAC volleyball program. Her playing career ended in 2014 when she graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology.

Upon graduation, Benton went on to become certified as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

In addition to her involvement with Carthage volleyball, she is working on a Master's of Education at Carthage.
