Amy Gulbranson begins her second year as a graduate assistant coach in 2013. A native of Bainbridge Island, Wash., Gulbranson was a four-year starter for the University of Redlands and was named the Bulldogs’ defensive player of the year in both 2007 and 2008. She graduated from Redlands in 2009 with a bachelor’s in liberal arts and was an assistant coach for the Bainbridge Island High School girls lacrosse team in 2010 and 2011. Her 2011 team won Washington Interscholastic Activities Association state championship. Gulbranson is working on her master’s in education at Carthage.
