Mike Stevens was elevated to top Assistant Coach for Carthage Men’s Volleyball in June 2023. Stevens enters his third season with the Firebirds as he has been on staff since their 2022 National Championship season as a Volunteer Assistant Coach.
Mike has been the Club Director of Southport Volleyball Club in Kenosha for the last three years and has been a Southport staff coach since 2015. He has also been an integral member of the Badger Region High-Performance system since 2018, training the best players in Wisconsin. Mike and Head Coach JW Kieckhefer were on staff with the Badger Region U17 team in 2022. Together they won their second National Championship, this time with the Badger Region, at the USA Volleyball All-Star Championships.
Raised in Kenosha, Wis., Mike played volleyball at Kenosha Indiana Trail. He graduated with a degree in Marketing from UW-Parkside in 2019.
