Carthage College Athletics

2011:  Played in all 10 games and made one start…credited with eight solo tackles, including three tackles-for-loss.

2010:  Played in nine-of-10 games…collected 13 tackles (8 solo, 5 assisted, including two tackles-for-loss…intercepted two passes and broke up three others.

2009:  Started the first two games of the season…tore an anterior cruciate ligament in the Sept. 19 Lakeland game and missed the rest of the season…broke up three passes in the Sept. 12 Hope game.

2008:  Played in all 10 games…collected 18 tackles (13 solo, 5 assisted), including two tackles-for-loss…returned an interception 38 yards for touchdown in the Oct. 4 Illinois Wesleyan game.

2007:  Played nine-of-10 games as a defensive back…collected six tackles (3 solo, 3 assisted)…blocked one kick…returned one punt for 17 yards in the Oct. 13 North Park game.

High School:  Named All-Mid-Suburban League and Daily Herald all-area his senior year…coached by Mark Gunther…also a member of the volleyball, basketball and track and field teams.

Personal:  Exercise and sport science major…named to the fall 2010 Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born Feb. 19, 1989.
