Brady Lindsley

Brady Lindsley begins his 29th season as head coach for both men’s and women’s tennis in 2025-26 (488-205 men’s record, 28 years). Lindsley's position makes him one of the very few NCAA Division III coaches to handle both men's and women's teams on a full-time basis.

Lindsley's Men's teams have won 13 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin titles, including 2001, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2015, 2016, 2023, and 2025. Lindsley has been named CCIW "Men's Tennis Coach of the Year" nine times, in 1998, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2015 and 2024. His teams have qualified for 11 NCAA Division III Men's Tennis Championships, including 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2015 2016, and 2023. They have reached the NCAA Division III Men's Tennis Championship second round four times (2009, 2010, 2015, and 2016), while reaching the Sweet Sixteen twice (2005, 2006) under Lindsley.

Lindsley has produced eight Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Americans, nine CCIW "Men's Tennis Player of the Year" awards, 72 All-CCIW selections and 12 CCIW Men's Tennis Tournament MVPs.

Lindsley guided the Men's doubles team of Herman Abban/Pawel Jaworski to the 2017 NCAA Division III Men's Tennis Individual Championship semifinals. That marked the furthest any Carthage athlete (singles or doubles) has advanced in the NCAA Division III individual bracket.
As a player for Carthage from 1992 to 1995, Lindsley compiled an 82-24 career mark and won three CCIW titles. Those three championships included a number-three singles title in 1993, a number-four singles crown in 1995 and a number-three doubles championship, also in 1995. He was named Rod Schroeder National Tennis Camp Director in 2017 after serving as the assistant director since 1993.

Lindsley is from Coldwater, Mich., where he finished fifth in the Michigan High School Athletic Association number-two singles competition as a junior. He graduated from Carthage in 1995 with bachelor’s degree in business administration.
