Drew Baker enters his fifth season as a part-time men's soccer coach at Carthage. He is the head varsity girl’s soccer coach for the Indian Trail High School & Academy after starting program prior to the 2011 season. Baker also serves Indian Trail as a varsity boy's assistant coach and goalkeeper coach. Before joining Indian Trail, he served as an assistant varsity and junior varsity coach for Kenosha Tremper High School, coaching both the boy’s and girl’s teams for six seasons. Baker was also an assistant coach for Carthage College in 2006 and 2007, primarily training the goalkeepers and defenders. He is the Director of Goalkeeping for Carthage’s Soccer Camps.
Baker previously served as the goalkeeping coach for United FC Soccer Club, Kenosha Crew, and AFC Union. He has his WYSA coaching license and enjoys coaching his sons at the youth level for Kenosha Area Soccer League (KASL). Baker played collegiate soccer at Carthage College between 2002 and 2005, where he received team MVP and All-Conference honors. He is currently a physical education, health, and specially designed P.E. teacher at Mahone Middle School in Kenosha, Wis.
