Andy Connor begins his fifth year as a part-time assistant coach for goalkeepers in 2016 following a four-year playing career at Carthage between 2005 and 2008. A native of Lake Zurich, Ill., Connor was named National Soccer Coaches Association of America second-team all-region in 2008, NSCAA All-Wisconsin in both 2007 and 2008, and second-team All-CCIW in 2007 and 2008. He received a professional tryout with the Major League Soccer (MSL) DC United affiliate and still plays for the Chicago Kickers Soccer Club. Connor is currently a recreation therapist in Palatine, Ill.
