2019: Appeared in 12 games, starting in one... led team with a 133-217 (.613) face-off percentage... also led team with 92 ground balls... finished year with two goals and three assists... recorded a career high 17 ground balls and 27 face-off wins in a 16-25 loss to Southern Virginia (3/16)... April 22 CCIW Defensive Player of the Week.

2018: Appeared in 15 games... Second on the team with a 57-of-103 (.553) face-off percentage... Chipped in 21 ground balls... Tallied lone assist in a 15-6 victory over Augustana (Ill.) (4/17)... Won a season-high 11 face-offs in a 24-1 win over Northland (3/24) and a 10-3 victory over Dubuque (4/21)... Registered a season-high six ground balls in a 21-5 win over Carroll (Wis.). 

2017:  Appeared in 12 games... Tallied lone goal on the season in a 15-1 win over Northwestern (Minn.)... Finished the season with 16 ground balls, three caused turnovers and a 5-of-14 figure from the face-off circle. 

High School: Team won Illinois High School State Championship... Two-time Central Suburban League Champion... Also competed in football and wrestling at New Trier Township High School... Member of the Honor Roll... Central Suburban League All-Academic.

Personal: Transferred to Carthage for the spring 2017 semester after being enrolled at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign... Son of Teri and Pat Cleary... Marketing major... Chose Carthage "for the small classes and the way teachers are able to interact with students more easily. It made me feel like I was more than just a number."
