Quincy French

    Assistant Men's Basketball Coach
Quincy French begins his eighth year as a member of the Carthage men's basketball coaching staff in 2020-21. A native of Waukegan, Ill., French attended Kenosha St. Joseph High School.

French played an integral role in Carthage’s College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin championship in 2017. He has helped assist in the development of 11 players that earned All-CCIW honors, including Malcolm Kelly and Brad Kruse, who were both named all-region by "D3hoops.com", and Brad Perry who was named the 2017 CCIW and Midwest Region Rookie of the Year.

Prior to his arrival at Carthage, French was a skill development and AAU coach for RMG Hoops. Along with his 14 years of experience coaching AAU, he has assisted at the College of Lake County and North Shore Country Day School in Winnetka, Ill.

French serves in a variety of different capacities for the program including scouting, recruiting, and skill development. He is a member of the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association.
