Carthage College Athletics

2011:  Played in all 10 games and made nine starts at cornerback…team’s sixth-leading tackler with 37 (34 solo, 3 assisted), including two tackles-for-loss…intercepted one pass, broke up two others and forced a fumble.

2010:  Started the first five games of the year at safety…injured and missed the rest of the season…collected 20 tackles (17 solo, 3 assisted)…broke up two passes…returned eight kickoffs and averaged 22.6 yards per return.

2009:  Played in eight-of-10 games and made eight starts at safety…team’s second-leading tackler with 53 (40 solo, 13 assisted), including two tackles-for-loss and a sack…recovered two fumbles…intercepted two passes and broke up three others.

2008:  Played in eight-of-10 games and made six starts…collected 20 tackles (16 solo, 4 assisted), including one tackle-for-loss…intercepted two passes and broke up others.

High School:  Named All-Prairie Lakes Conference his sophomore year…coached by Luke Mertens…also a member of the basketball and track and field teams…honor student.

Personal:  Criminal justice major…named to the fall 2011 Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born July 7, 1990.
