High School:  Named first-team All-Southland Athletic Conference and Kankakee Daily Journal all-area his senior year…coached by Jay Bohner…also a member of the basketball and baseball teams…honor student.

Personal:  Computer science major…Carthage running back Jonnie Evans Jr. is a cousin.
