Carthage College Athletics

Ryan Andersen completed his second year as a graduate assistant coach in 2012. A native of Racine, Wis., Anderson attended St. Catherines High School and Ripon College. He was a linebacker for the RedHawks and named All-Midwest Conference twice, second team as a junior in 2008 and first team his senior year in 2009.

Andersen graduated from Ripon in 2010 with a bachelor’s in both business administration and sport management. He served as an intern with the Augustana College (Ill.) football program during the 2010 season. Andersen is completing work on his master’s in education at Carthage. His father, Tom Andersen, attended Carthage and lettered on the 1977-81 Red Men football teams.
