Nubis Padhye

Nubis Padhye is in his fourth season as a Carthage College assistant football coach in 2022-23, serving as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. He served as the co-defensive and special teams coordinator in 2019-20.

Padhye was the defensive coordinator as well as strength and conditioning coordinator at Beloit College from 2017 to 2018, where he led the Buccaneers to the school’s first shutout in over eight seasons.

Prior to Beloit, Padhye was the assistant head coach and defensive coordinator at Saint Joseph College from 2014 to 2016. The 2014 team was ranked first in rushing defense in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. Over three season at Beloit, 15 of Padhye's players were named all-conference with one player earning the league's defensive player of the year award and All-American honors. He had an earlier stint with the Saint Joseph staff during the 2012 season.

Other coaching stops include the University of Illinois in 2013, Defiance College in 2010 and 2011, Ashland University in 2008 and 2009, Westminster College in 2007, and Ohio State University in 2006.

Padhye graduated from Ohio State in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. While at OSU, he served as a student assistant coach, working with the wide receivers.
