Carthage College Athletics

In 2020, Nate Cress joined the Carthage football staff as the defensive line coach. He previously worked as the defensive coordinator for Eastern Oregon University in 2019, after roles as the tight end's coach, defensive line coach, and offensive line coach. He worked as the recruiting coordinator for Eastern Oregon from 2016 to 2020. Cress played football at Eastern Oregon University from 2006 to 2010 and was a three-year starter on the offensive line. He graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Health Studies.
