Jacob Lail is in his second year as a Carthage College graduate assistant football coach in 2020-21, working with the running backs.
 
After playing football at Carroll University, he transferred to the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. He spent the 2018 season coaching football at Catonsville High School in Baltimore County.
