Clayton Mannering begins his third year as a graduate assistant coach in 2013. A native of Walton, Ind., Mannering attended Hanover College and was a three-year starting linebacker for the Panthers. He graduated from Hanover in 2010 with a bachelor’s in both English and Spanish and interned with the Ball State University football program in the summer of 2010. In 2010-11, Mannering taught English at Goshen High School, where he also coached wrestling and track and field.
