Casey Dibble arrived in Kenosha in January 2021 to assist the Carthage football team in the recruiting department, and served the Firebirds in operations. During the 2020 season, he worked at Wake Forest University and contributed to the Demon Deacons football recruiting cycle as an intern under current director of player personnel Russ Kieselhorst. Dibble graduated from UT-Chattanooga in 2019 with a sports management degree and a minor in marketing. There, he began as a student assistant with the responsibilities of assistant director of player personnel. He finished his tenure with the UTC Mocs in the role of high school relations with the director of recruiting.
