High School:  His junior-year team went 10-2 and reached the Illinois High School Association Class 7A state quarterfinals…coached by Larry Calhoun and Brien Doll…four-year member of the baseball team and two years in basketball.

Personal:  Double major in management and marketing…pitcher on the 2015 Carthage baseball team.
