Carthage College Athletics

2025: Appeared in six games throughout the season... pitching six innings, totaling four hits, two runs, two walks, seven strikeouts, one double, facing 22 batters, and throwing 42 pitches. 

2024: Appeared in two games and started one ... 4.32 ERA with 17 strikeouts over 16.2 innings of work ... CCIW RESPECT award winner. 

2023: Appeared in seven games on the mound... Registered a 8.0 ERA, striking out ten batters in nine innings...Received CCIW Dave Wrath Academic All-Conference honors.

2022:  Made three relief-pitching appearances with a 12.00 earned run average over three innings.

2021:  Attended Wisconsin-Stevens Point his freshman year and played basketball.
 
High School:  Thee-year All-Big East Conference honoree, second team in 2017 and first team in both 2018 and 2019 …  both his 2018 and 2019 teams reached the regional finals … ranked in the top-five of all of Lutheran High School’s career pitching categories … coached by Paul Durkee …  four-year member of the basketball team and played football as a junior … National Honor Society member and four-year honor student.
 
Personal:  Accounting major …  son of Gordy Zastrow III and Jamie Zastrow …  his dad played on the 1979-81 Carthage baseball teams and was named a first-team All-CCIW pitcher in 1981 …  his brother, Nate, played basketball at North Dakota State University, and another brother, Gordy Zastrow IV, played basketball at Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
