Biography

2011: Appeared in seven games and made four starts…compiled a 4-1 record with a 4.65 earned run average…starting and winning pitcher against North Park in the first round of the CCIW Baseball Tournament.

2010: Appeared in three games and started against Wheaton (Ill.) on April 14…went 0-1 with a 7.04 earned run average over seven and two-thirds innings.

2008-09: Attended the University of Iowa his freshman and sophomore years…red-shirted on the baseball team as a freshman…did not appear in a varsity game his sophomore year.

High School: Named All-Fox Valley Association both his junior and senior years…coached by Dan Heinritz…three-year member of the football team…Spanish National Honor Society member and honor student.

Personal: Business administration major…his brother, Erik Jensen, played football at the University of Iowa, was selected by the St. Louis Rams in the seventh round of the 2004 NFL draft and played on the 2005 Pittsburgh Steelers’ Super Bowl team…born Aug. 8, 1988.
