Biography

2010: Played in 44-of-47 games and made 34 starts as the designated hitter…batted .338 with 15 doubles and 31 RBI…had 14 multiple-hit games including four three-hit games.

2007-09: Attended Carthage but did not play baseball…linebacker on the 2006-08 Carthage football teams and named second-team All-CCIW in both 2007 and 2008.

2006: Attended Mount Union College for the fall 2005 semester…transferred to Carthage in January 2006.

High School: Four-year member of the baseball team and named All-North Suburban Conference and Daily Herald all-area both his junior and senior years…in football, a two-time all-conference and all-area pick…four-year honor student.

Personal: Exercise and sport science major…a thrower/sprinter on the 2007 and 2008 Carthage track and field teams…a five-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born April 5, 1987.
