Biography

2011: Played in 41-of-42 games and made 38 starts at catcher…batted .326 with 12 doubles, three home runs and 28 RBI…named to the all-tournament team at the NCAA Division III Central Region Championship.

2010: Played in 45-of-47 games and made 41 starts at catcher…batted batted .336 with 10 doubles, three home runs and 44 RBI…had 15 multiple-hit games, including three three-hit games…hat 13 multiple-RBI games and drove in six runs against Millikin on May 1.

2008-09: Attended Valparaiso University his freshman and sophomore years…member of the baseball team but did not appear in a varsity game…attended Madison Area Technical College for the spring 2009 semester.

High School: Named first-team All-Southeast Conference and Racine Journal-Times first-team All-Racine County both his junior and senior years…both teams won conference and sectional titles…coached by Jerry Carrel…two-year member of the football team…National Honor Society member, Wisconsin All-State Scholar, high honors student and graduated with honors.

Personal: Chemistry major…named spring 2011 CCIW/Jack Swartz all-academic…named to the spring 2010 Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born Sept. 25, 1988.
