Biography

2022:  Played on the junior varsity team.

2021:  Played in 15 games and made nine starts, seven at shortstop and two at second base … batted .111 in 27 at bats.
 
2020:  Made two appearances as a defensive replacement.
 
2019:  Played in 18 games and made 12 starts, seven at second base and five at third ... batted .289 (13-for-45) with four doubles, one triple, one home run and seven RBI.

High School:  Turned a game-winning double play in the ninth inning of the regional semifinal game his junior season with the Glenbard South High School baseball team ... led Glenbard West to the 2017 and 2018 Phil Lawler Summer State Tournament finals.

Personal:  Exercise and sport science major … son of Tony and Tara Engstrom.
