Biography

2021:  Went 2-1 with a team-leading five saves and a 3.47 earned run average over 17 appearances and 36.3 innings … struck out 56 batters in 36.3 innings for a 13.88 per nine innings average … not selected in the July 11-13 Major League Baseball Draft but signed to a minor league contract by the Houston Astros on July 17.
 
2020:  Made relief-pitching appearances against Luther on March 7 and Marian (Wis.) on March 9.
 
2019:  Made 10 pitching appearances and eight starts ... went 0-6 in 35.2 innings with a 7.57 earned run average and 47 strikeouts ... struck out a career-high nine batters over six and one-third innings against Augustana (Ill.) on April 15.
 
2018:  Played on the junior varsity team.

2017:  Played on the junior varsity team.
 
High School:  Four-year member of the Kenosha Tremper High School baseball team.

Personal:  Exercise and sport science major … son of Scott DeLabio and Lynda Swift.
