Carthage College Athletics

Jason Acevado begins his fourth year as a part-time assistant coach in 2016.  Acevado, a native of Vernon Hills, Ill., played first base for the Red Men in 2008 after playing for Bradley University in 2007 and the College of Lake County in 2005 and 2006.  He was named American Baseball Coaches Association first-team All-America, “D3baseball.com” first-team All-America and first-team All-CCIW in 2008.
