Danny Yates begins his first year as a graduate assistant coach in 2021-22 after playing for Carthage during the 2021 season.  A native of Round Lake Beach, Ill., Yates attended the College of Lake County for two years before transferring to Carthage in 2019-20.  He graduated from Carthage in 2021 with a bachelor’s in exercise and sport science and is working on his master’s in education, also from Carthage.
