Billy Herrin begins his second year as a part-time assistant coach in 2013 after a two-year playing career with the Red Men in 2010 and 2011.  A native of Galesburg Ill., Herrin attended Monmouth College for two years before transferring to Carthage, where he graduated in 2011 with a bachelor’s in business administration.
