Biography

2020:  Made four appearances in five games as a pinch-hitter or a defensive replacement.
 
2019:  Made 10 pitching appearances, all in relief ... went 1-2 over 18.1 innings with a 5.40 earned run average and 12 strikeouts … pitched four scoreless innings with three strikeouts in a 6-2 victory over Caltech on March 2.

2018:  Played in 18 games and made one start at second base ... batted .364 in 11 at bats ... made eight pitching appearances, all in relief, with a 5.87 earned run average over 15.1 innings.

2017:  Played on the junior varsity team.

High School:  Four-year baseball letter winner at Marist High School under head coach Kevin Sefcik … member of the wrestling his freshmen year and played football as a junior … honor student.
 
Personal:  Accounting and finance major … son of Brian and Jennifer Hanik.
