Carthage College Athletics

2012:  Made six pitching appearances, including two starts, and went 1-1 with a 6.23 earned run average.

2011:  Made a start against Rhodes on March 13 but broke his wrist…missed the next seven weeks before making three-inning start in the May 3 Concordia (Wis.) game…totaled four and two-thirds innings.

2010:  Appeared in five games and made one start…went 0-1 with a 10.61 earned run average over nine and one-third innings.

2009:  Made seven pitching appearances and six starts…went 2-3 with a 4.33 earned run average…starting pitcher against eventual-champion St. Thomas (Minn.) on May 25 in the semifinals of the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

High School:  His junior-year team won a regional championship…coached by Bill Seiple…member of the basketball team his freshman and sophomore years…honor student.

Personal:  Double major in accounting and finance…named to the spring 2010 Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born May 8, 1990.
