2019: CCIW All-Conference First Team... Appeared in all 18 games, making 17 starts... fourth on the team in scoring with 37 goals and 24 assists for 61 points... also recorded 27 ground balls and four caused turnovers... led the team in shots with 162... recorded 96 shots on goal for a .593 shots on goal percentage... scored a season high five points on four separate occasions during the year... Committed four penalties for 4:00.

2018: Appeared in 19 games and made 18 starts... Second on the team in scoring with 42 goals and 14 assists for 56 points... Tallied a school-record 194 shots... Registered 103 shots on goal and a .531 shots on goal percentage... Tallied seven man-up goals, 30 ground balls and six caused turnovers... Committed five penalties for 4:30... Notched a career-high six goals and seven points in a 21-3 win over Calvin (2/10)... Contributed a career-high 16 shots in an 11-6 loss to Aurora (3/28)... Peppered a career-high 10 shots on goal in an 11-7 loss to Concordia Wisconsin (3/20)... Chipped in a career-high five ground balls in a 24-1 win over Northland (3/24). 

High School: Three-year letter winner for the St. Louis Park High School lacrosse team... Named all-section in 2016 (second team) and 2017 (first team)... Member of the Star Tribune All-Metro lacrosse team... All-Metro West Conference selection in 2015, 2016 and 2017... Team MVP (2015, 2013) and rookie of the year (2013) for the varsity lacrosse team... Team won conference and Minnesota State Championship in 2014... Team finished as state runner-up in 2013... Recipient of the 2013 and 2014 MBSLA Sportsmanship Award... Also a member of the St. Louis Park hockey team... Competed for the Minnesota Loons Select club lacrosse team.

Personal: Son of Tim and Joanie Ilstrup... Mother played softball at Bemidji State University.... Father played football at UW-River Falls... Grandpa, Roger Ilstrup, played football at Gustavus Adolphus College... Brother, Nicholas Jonas, played lacrosse at the University of Minnesota, and was drafted by the Minnesota Swarm... Athletic training major.
