Carthage College Athletics

2014:  Named second-team All-CCIW…played in 34-of-39 games and made 32 starts, 27 at first base and five as a designated hitter…batted .325 with 10 doubles, four home runs and 26 RBI…made six pitching appearances, all starts, and went 1-4 with a 5.77 earned run average over 34.3 innings.

2013:  Named first-team All-CCIW with a .297 batting average, nine doubles, four home runs, and 28 RBI…played in 37-ofo-40 games and made 37 starts, 30 at first base and seven as the designated hitter…also made seven pitching appearance, including five starts, and went 1-2 with a 3.74 earned run average…threw a seven-hit shutout over Millikin on April 14.

2012:  Made two pitching appearances, both in relief, and totaled 5.3 innings…the losing pitcher in both games, Hamline on March 20 and Eastern Connecticut State on March 22…made a pinch-hitting appearance in the season-opener versus Dakota Wesleyan on March 17.

2011:  Attended Illinois-Springfield his freshman year and played baseball…appeared in 10 games and batted .258…as a pitcher, went 0-2 in 12.6 innings pitched.

High School:  Named Naperville Sun all-conference and Daily Herald all-area both his junior and senior years…set a DuPage Valley Conference career record with 29 doubles…his senior-year team won an Illinois High School Association Class 4A state championship…coached by Bill Seiple…honor student.

Personal:  Exercise and sport science major.
