Carthage College Athletics

2012:  Played in 33-of-38 games and made 32 starts, 31 at second base and one as the designated hitter…batted .325 with eight doubles, two home runs and 19 RBI.

2011:  Played in 31-of-42 games and made 24 starts, 18 at second base, two at shortstop and two at third base…batted .286 with seven doubles and 21 RBI.

2010:  Named to the all-tournament team at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional Championship by going six-for-12 with four RBI in three games…played in 35-of-47 games and made 26 starts, 15 at second base, 10 at shortstop and one at third base…batted .356 with 11 doubles, two home runs and 27 RBI…had a 10-game hitting streak between April 14 and May 5…had 10 multiple-hit games, including four three-hit games.

2009:  Played in 16 games and made 10 starts at second base…batted .281 in 32 at bats…hit his first collegiate home run at Concordia (Wis.) on April 23.

High School:  Named Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association all-state, All-Greater Metro Conference and Milwaukee-Journal Sentinel second-team all-area his senior year…honorable mention all-conference as a junior…his senior year team won a conference co-championship…coached by his father, who played baseball at Wisconsin-Oshkosh…lettered three times in basketball and twice in football…four-year honor student.

Personal:  Social science major…named to the Carthage dean’s list four times and a three-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born Feb. 3, 1990.
