2011: Played in 14 games…scored 11 goals with four assists and seven ground balls.
2010: Played in 13-of-14 games…scored seven goals with five assists and four ground balls.
High School: Named All-West Suburban League his senior year…his junior-year team reached the state semifinals, and his sophomore-year squad advanced to the quarterfinals…the all four of his teams won conference titles…coached by Eric Nuss…member of the football team his freshman and sophomore years and ran cross country as a junior…Illinois State Scholar, West Suburban League all-academic and four-year honor student.
Personal: Psychology major…named to the Carthage dean’s list twice and a four-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…his father, Anthony Sammarco, played tennis at DePaul University…born Jan. 14, 1991.
